What is frass?

Fras is a mixture of droppings from farmed insects, organic feed residues and residual organic matter from insect growth and development.

Chemically, fras has similar concentrations of N, P, K as chicken manure, but it is completely odorless. The substances and minerals it contains, with slow release and easy assimilation, significantly increase its productivity, positively affecting the biomass as well as the nutritional content of crops.

How to apply?

It can be used to fertilize all types of plants, both in the garden and at home. It can be applied directly to the soil, to a water solution or to soil mixtures.
